Debt Recovery, Administration and Management Software (DRAMS)
After extensive market research, we could not find a commercially available debt recovery software package that could meet our requirements in full. Consequently, we took the decision to invest heavily and work with an award winning Microsoft consultancy to develop our own, bespoke collections software.
We wanted our solution to be best in class. It has taken us 3 years to develop the software but we are confident that it places us at the very front of the collections marketplace.
DRAMS makes use of leading-edge Microsoft technologies to deliver the following key features:
- Dynamic and flexible contact strategies that are focused around both client and customer requirements;
- Segmented workflows based around the characteristics of the customer to maximise collections efficiency and effectiveness and improve customer service;
- Feature-rich business intelligence tools so that we can measure all aspects of our performance and ensure full compliance with regulations and best practice; and
- Full integration with 3rd party technologies such as dialler, IVR, SMS, web portals, scoring models, credit, field and trace bureaus.
This is an exciting time for Debt Managers (Services) Ltd and our clients. We have already migrated a number of existing clients to DRAMS and we are able to see the significant benefits that DRAMS delivers.
