Debt Recovery, Administration and Management Software (DRAMS)
After extensive market research, we could not find a commercially available debt recovery software package that could meet our requirements in full. Consequently, we took the decision to invest heavily and work with an award winning Microsoft consultancy to develop our own, bespoke collections software.
We wanted our solution to be best in class. It has taken us 3 years to develop the software but we are confident that it places us at the very front of the collections marketplace.
DRAMS makes use of leading-edge Microsoft technologies to deliver the following key features:

- Segmented workflows based around the characteristics of the customer to maximise collections efficiency and effectiveness and improve customer service;

- Full integration with 3rd party technologies such as dialler, IVR, SMS, web portals, scoring models, credit, field and trace bureaus.
