Rotherham Collections Centre
Our 200 seat contact and collections centre is based in a purpose built facility in Rotherham, South Yorkshire in the centre of the UK, minutes from the M1.
The structure and business processes in Rotherham have been designed around the specific requirements of the client and debt type. This promotes team / client ownership across all of our staff who are each focused on their individual client requirements. In addition, the Telephone Negotiators have specialist knowledge about our clients and their products which gives them a better understanding of the customers when they make contact to negotiate the best deal for both parties.
We currently have 11 collections teams, each consisting of around 10 Telephone Negotiators. Each team is lead by a Team Manager and Team Senior, who in turn report to a Collections Manager who is responsible for their specific department. The Collections Managers are heavily involved in performance management along with day to day staff management.
We invest continuously in training and staff development in key areas such as client and product knowledge, market awareness, customer care and negotiation skills.
All teams are fully supported by our Trace Department, Training & Coaching Department, Compliance and Quality Audit Sections and IT Department.
